Nice apartment. Good view. Less than 3km from Pasar Seremban.
The 3rd bedroom: the aircon not working , and the fan can only work when the light is on - how to sleep with light on ?? Basically, this is a 2 bedrooms apartment. The rest are ok.
The plumbing are all loose- could potentially have a bust or leak anytime.
Lots of remote controls, but only a couple that worked.
The chairs outside the balcony are basically broken.

Good surrounding with hills and quiet n lay back life.
Nearby many eateries.
Very convenient.
Unit is generally clean and tidy.
*Management/owner didn't notify procedures to check in till I WA them at 12.53pm while on my way.
*We came in 2 cars and they didn't inform earlier/prior that we need to pay rm10/nite to get additional QR code to park 2nd car. Hence, we have to wait.
*Unit don't have toilet paper n upon enquiry was told not provided!!! Basic needs. Later in the evening, they then delivered by GRAB.
* 2 Air cond remote controls were out of order (low battery powered, i guessed).
*Balcony chairs are worn out and water pounding due to blocked outlet.
*Common toilet don't have towel rack n place to hang cloths n toothbrushes.
