民宿整體很新但沒有臭味，公共空間很整潔，有小零食、冰箱跟咖啡機跟直飲水可以使用，房間跟浴室都非常乾淨！採光很好，配上台東的陽光讓人覺得心情愉悅，晚上民宿打燈也很美，從房間陽台看出去是個小公園，也不太會有車子經過，隱蔽性蠻高，回到民宿真的可以好好放鬆休息，房間內附很多個垃圾袋這點我覺得十分貼心，因為在外面玩會有很多外食的垃圾，也不太方便清洗做回收，垃圾桶很容易一下就滿。
很小的缺點大概就是沒有電梯，搬行李上下樓時會有點戰戰兢兢，很怕一個不小心弄髒漂亮的地板或牆壁。 另外我們這次住了兩天，入住時毛巾是一人一份。因為浴室非常通風，毛巾乾得很快，我們自己覺得重複使用也沒問題，所以就沒有另外詢問。不過如果可以的話，會希望住宿兩天能直接附上兩天份的毛巾；或是在入住時稍微說明一下，連住兩天以上的話，毛巾、備品補充以及房間清潔的方式，順便詢問房客有沒有需要，整體入住體驗應該會更貼心！
