舒適乾淨，離棒球場很近，不管球賽打多晚都不用擔心，走幾分鐘的路程就到了。還貼心準備了飲料咖啡，茶包，零食。房價也平價喔！
水壓感覺比較小，熱水溫度也不是很高，因為是夏天天氣熱，所以就還好，不過浴室乾濕分離，空間很大。
