la villa Turquoise a Sanary 250M de la mer clim parking wifi!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The location is excellent: just a short walk from the beach and within walking distance of a fantastic takeaway pizza place. The villa is also well equipped for a small family stay, with reliable Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, washing machine, and a compact dishwasher. The kitchen is small but functional and stocked with most of the essentials needed for self-catering. The dedicated parking space was much appreciated, although guests travelling with a larger family SUV may find it a little tight to manoeuvre into. The proximity to the beach and having private parking made exploring the area very convenient. The outdoor seating area is located at the front of the property, which is pleasant for morning coffee or lunch. However, as it faces the road, it can occasionally be a little noisy and in the evening we preferred indoor eating due to mosquitos. There is also limited privacy from the neighbouring property, which appears to be occupied by relatives of the owner (we wished there was a privacy screen of some sort). One point worth noting is that the bedroom next to the kitchen does not have air conditioning and relies on a fan for cooling, whereas the rest of the villa is air-conditioned. During particularly warm weather this may be something future guests wish to consider.

The villa was comfortable overall, although it would benefit from some general refreshing. We noticed a few areas where paint was beginning to peel, and a more thorough dusting before arrival would improve the presentation. The kitchen extractor fan could probably use a service, and we missed having lids for the pans when cooking. The main bathroom was the one aspect that could benefit from the most attention. Water pressure was low, and the hot water system appeared to be supplied via a gravity-fed electric tank. As a result, taking a comfortable bath was not really possible, and improvements to the water pressure and hot water provision would significantly enhance the guest experience.
