200 meters from the beach in a wooded property of 2500 m2, superb sea view.
Terrace of 50 m2 with pergola, neat services, recent house on 2 levels. Lots of charm, quiet and privileged environment. 3 kms from the center of Sanary and Bandol.
Direct access to the pool shared with the owner (access open from 10 am to 7 pm)
Plancha, ping pong table, deckchairs, dining area on the terrace, large garden furniture with sea view, parking space inside the property.
On the first floor large living room, fully equipped American kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs 1 closed bedroom with a large bed of 160 and a single bed of 90. In the second room, a bed of 140 and two single beds of 90. South facing, air-conditioned on both levels.
Baby cot and high chair available.

We enjoyed a perfect stay.
Very nice owners, who do their best to help you where necessary.
Location is top; walking distance to the beach and beautiful views from terrace and from the pool.
Our daughters (10 and 11 years) have been having fun.

We had a lovely few days staying at Patrice and Anna’s place, it really is paradise! The view and the pool are superb. They were very gracious hosts and made great recommendations of where to eat and buy the best local produce. We were sad to leave! Thank you for your hospitality :)

Das Haus entspricht voll der Beschreibung, die Terrasse ist sogar noch größer und schöner als auf den Bildern, eine geradezu traumhafte Lage, ein schöner Pool sowie hilfsbereite und nette Gastgeber.
