Location of the hotel is excellent Near by cafés and shopping
Unacceptable experience at Nest Hotel. Maintenance work was carried out in the middle of the night, and despite multiple complaints, the front desk didn't respond until 1:30 AM. I wasn't moved to a new room until 3:00 AM, by which point I had to leave because my night was ruined. To make matters worse, the staff took my email to "resolve" the issue, but it has been 5 weeks with no response. If you value your sleep and expect professional service, stay elsewhere.
