Close to my apartment as I was handing over. It was convenient and quick to check in and out
The layout of the room doesn’t make sense. It’s too tight and not well thought out particularly the bathroom sink and door

Location of the hotel is excellent

Unacceptable experience at Nest Hotel. Maintenance work was carried out in the middle of the night, and despite multiple complaints, the front desk didn't respond until 1:30 AM. I wasn't moved to a new room until 3:00 AM, by which point I had to leave because my night was ruined.
To make matters worse, the staff took my email to "resolve" the issue, but it has been 5 weeks with no response. If you value your sleep and expect professional service, stay elsewhere.
