Nothing

The weather in winter will make it better it’s clean with a room and balcony space staff are so helpful

The breakfast is good but it would be better if it’s more variety and refilled in a proper way for the guests

I like the friendly customer service, and helpful

I didnt like the food.We bought lunch each 90 durham.when we arrive the got money first, while there is no enough food on the table. The food olso cold,no salad.I complain, and told them we are not happy.you charge my credit 75 dolor, and we dont eet nothing. They called the manager,he said he can do nothing, after long talk he excepted for free breekfast.

Location of the hotel is excellent Near by cafés and shopping

Unacceptable experience at Nest Hotel. Maintenance work was carried out in the middle of the night, and despite multiple complaints, the front desk didn't respond until 1:30 AM. I wasn't moved to a new room until 3:00 AM, by which point I had to leave because my night was ruined. To make matters worse, the staff took my email to "resolve" the issue, but it has been 5 weeks with no response. If you value your sleep and expect professional service, stay elsewhere.
