Ireon Seaside Breeze studio

Great little studio right in the centre of Ireon. A touch dated, but overall spacious, very clean and lovely location. There’s also a nice little terrace to enjoy in the evenings. The owners Kiki and Giannis are very friendly, kind and helpful and it was a pleasure to meet them and to stay here. Thank you for your hospitality!

Airco works well but is slightly weak, so we left it on the whole day to ensure the place wasn’t too hot at night when it was time to sleep.

The studio, the location, the little village, the island and the hosts: it’s all just great!! It was our first time at Samos and we hope we will be able to return back here. The studio is small, but big enough and it has a terrace with the best view (incl. sunrise!) and everything you’ll need. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, an airco in the bedroom, towels, shampoo/showergel, toilet paper, ironing tools, great binoculars etc. The only thing you will need to bring yourself are some beach towels, tooth paste/brush, sunscreen, sunglasses, diving musks etc. (or you buy it at the shop underneath). Kiki and Jannis are lovely hosts and they are easy to reach, as they have the shop below the studio. The studio is in the street just next to the square of the village and there is only 1 tourist shop in the village, so easy to find, in fact next to the Plori café-bar. The village is only 4-5km from the airport, so with a taxi it’s quick. They were just in front of the airport, so you don’t need an Uber app or something. We liked that the village has ‘real inhabitants’, not just tourists like us.

If you are looking to experience rustic Greek island charm, this is the place for you. The apartment has all you need, from a fully equipped kitchen and comfy bed to air con and WiFi. The main selling point though is the location, it looks out over the beautiful Aegean Sea, and in 2 minutes from the apartment you can be in it. It is set just steps away from the main square in Ireon, with shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. An ATM and taxi rank are also in the square. If you prefer all the mod cons of a fancy apartment or hotel, this may not be for you, but we loved our stay here; and the owners, Yannis and Kiki were absolutely lovely and so happy to help. We would definitely stay again
