The property is located in one of the best spots in Ireon. The layout was exceptionally practical and very functional, which was very important as I stayed at the property for a month. The host, Voula, offered weekly servicing and cleaning at my request and at a time that was suitable to me, which was a fantastic benefit. Voula followed up during my stay to see if all was well with the apartment and if my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Voula was certainly not overwhelming with communication and always answered any queries I had in real time. The bathroom in particular was exceptionally spacious, which I liked being 6 foot, and the shower was perfect. The most beneficial item was the front-loading washing machine, which meant I didn't need to overpack additional items—a huge plus in Greece—as previous properties I have stayed at did not have washing facilities, and laundromats are rare on the island. So whether you are staying short-term or longer like I did, this property is the perfect choice. It has everything Oh, and the view... This property enjoys one of the best views of the Aegean in Ireon with the beach opposite. Sitting on the balcony with a great bottle of Samian wine, this property ticks all the boxes and then some. And I forgot to mention the restaurants, bars, village square, and two easy-to-stroll-to mini markets are right there. Parking is off-site, however, it is right behind the property, and in four weeks during the busy period, I never had any issues getting a parking spot; I am talking literally a one-minute walk to the car. I highly recommend staying at this property; it is perfect. Please note, being so central and within the hub the property was surprisingly, exceptionally quiet! It's very private as you are on the top floor with no neighbours

Es ist eine tolle Unterkunft sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht um einen schönen Urlaub zu haben. Angefangen mit einer Kaffeemaschine zusätzlich noch eine Kapsel Kaffeemaschine eine Maschine zum Frapee machen gab es einen Airfreyer und Wasserkocher, im Großzügigem Bad steht noch eine Waschmaschine, einen guten Föhn, ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen, Nähzeug etc.. Das Bett war ausgezeichnet. Ich fand die Matratze super meine Frau etwas zu weich. Natürlich braucht man nicht alles aber es ist einfach an alles gedacht. Die Lage ist einfach klasse die große Terrasse läd zum Verweilen ein. Die Lage ist sehr zentral alle Strände sind in 3-4 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Taxistand sind es eine Minute. Die Vermieterin mit ihrer Schwester sind total nett und haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Die Wohnung ist perfekt aber das Treppenhaus ist nichts für Leute die schlecht zu Fuß sind

Ireon sessiz, sakin, aileler için harika bir yer. Ayrıca işletme sahibi güleryüzlü ve misafirperver. Odalar tertemiz ve aydınlık. Rahatlık için herşey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş. Deniz manzaralı balkonu çok keyifli. Ayrıca yataklar da çok rahat.

Walking distance to nice restaurants, cafes and beach. Plenty of street parking. Comfortable apartment with nice views and Voula was helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back.
