It was a very neat room even though i didn’t sleep there but i used the kitchen and it was very comfortable and conducive

Location is okay , I can’t complain about the price, hence I say is good when you can get a single room for £ 30 a night in the south of England. It was close to railway station and town centre both about 10/ 15 walk. The room was clean and the landlord was pleasant and approachable.
Sharing the bathroom. Okay for younger people but for an older mature person it meant having to use the facility during the night. In the bathroom there was no mirror but it was clean. Finally I think that the room could have a small shelf and hanger facility for some clothes, nothing to fancy but something.
