Would have been nice to sit in the garden but there was no garden furniture. But that’s a minor thing but would have been nice 😊

We had an amazing stay at 30 Greatdown. The property is beautifully decorated — modern, stylish, and thoughtfully finished, yet still incredibly cozy. It really felt like a home away from home. We slept like absolute babies; the area is wonderfully peaceful and quiet. The location couldn’t be better. You’re tucked away in a calm residential neighbourhood, but still just moments from the hustle and bustle of Ealing and the charm of Pitshanger Lane with its independent cafés and lovely parks. Access into Central London is super easy whether you prefer public transport or driving — everything is well connected and convenient. We also loved how perfectly positioned the home is for exploring beyond London. Heathrow Airport, Windsor, and Oxford were all within comfortable reach, making day trips effortless. Overall, 30 Greatdown is the ideal base whether you’re looking to explore London or venture further afield. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

(Not a complain) the area is wonderfully peaceful, though that does mean you won’t find nightlife right on your doorstep — but with Ealing and Pitshanger Lane so close, it wasn’t an issue for us at all.

We booked this house for seven of our contractors working in the area, and it was absolutely perfect! The property is huge, modern, and clearly recently renovated—everything feels brand new. The beds were super comfy with linen and towels that felt like a 5-star hotel, and the living spaces were amazing. There’s a large living room with a super comfy sofa, plus a spacious kitchen with two seating areas and an extendable dining table for 8–10 people—ideal for group meals. Parking was a breeze: two vans fit on the driveway and the third on the road, with plenty of free street parking available. The location is excellent—close to major routes and transport links, making it easy to get around. A big shout-out to the host for going the extra mile! Our contractors were arriving late, and we requested a fridge stock-up. They arranged it for a small fee, and it was incredibly helpful and appreciated by the team. This property is spacious, spotless, and well-equipped—perfect for contractors or families. We’ll definitely book again!
