Wembley 1 Bed Sleeps 6 Walk to Stadium

We thought the location was excellent considering we had a concert at Wembley stadium.

More fans or a more powerful fan as we both struggled with the heat of the high rise. I booked the apartment as me and a friend has a concert at Wembley stadium on the check in date. We knew check in was at 3:00pm however we did arrive approximately 20 minutes early due to us not hitting any traffic on our travel. We were told to call a number which I was sent on an email, however when I called, the call wouldn’t go through. We then tried multiple more times and the same thing happened. We assumed that it was because it wasn’t 3:00pm yet so we sat outside and waited. Once it had gone past 3:00pm, we called a few more times to which the call wouldn’t go through still. Shortly after, a man who said he was the key holder asked if we were okay and we explained that we were trying to check in but couldn’t get through to anyone. I told him the details for the booking and he said he had no knowledge of us arriving today, to which me and my friend thought I’d been scammed. They went and checked and found my booking but said the host didn’t inform them or the cleaners that we were staying and the room wasn’t clean. We said we had a dinner reservation at 4:30pm and needed to change and freshen up as we were going to the stadium straight after. They said they’d be as quick as possible with getting the apartment ready and it should take around 20 minutes. Me and my friend sat outside waiting for an hour and ten minutes after our check in time and ended up missing our dinner reservation then couldn’t find anywhere else to go for dinner as everywhere was booked up due to the concert so everything was busy. We were very disappointed by this as we were sat outside the apartment complex for over an hour waiting then resulting in us missing reservations.

Perfect location. Lovely clean and tidy rooms. Nice and fresh and everything you need there, tea, coffee etc. nice views. Comfy beds

Hard to find the location. Contact number didn't work, room wasn't ready when we arrived as was still being cleaned.
