Troms apartment

Good location

Bed had a really really old and uncomfortable mattress

Everything was perfect. Booked at the last minute but apartment was close to centre and ice cathedral, supermarkets and transport links. I have stayed in Tromso many times- this was the most pleasant stay so far

El dueño del alojamiento super amable. Iberia dejó nuestras maletas en tierra y nos presto botas para salir del paso el primer día. La ubicación es fantástica a unos 5-10 minutos andando del centro

El tamaño del apartamento es pequeño, pero esto no es un problema. Lo malo es que fuimos 3 y solo hay 1 cqmq doble, y 1 sofá que no se hace cama. Le pedí un colchón y muy amablemente me lo dejó. Aparte de esto,.sólo hay 2 sillas y 2 platos

The apartment is basic but it had heating on when we arrived so it was comfortable. There is an electric heater in bedroom and another one in living room. We had to turn them off overnight and open the window slightly (temporarily) as it was feeling stuffy. A small kitchen with induction heating, oven, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, pans, plates and cutlery etc. which is handy for cooking or warming basic stuff. No microwave though. Cleaning stuff provided. Towels provided in the chest of drawers, bathroom was clean and tidy, basic toiletries provided, hot water available both in kitchen and bathroom. There is a lock on the main door to which we were not provided the code for so we were not sure whom to contact. Had to wait and luckily a lady came around who knew the code and helped us get in. 2 mins walk uphill to the apartment from bus stop. 15 mins walk to the center. Few small supermarkets and restaurants at walking distance.

A microwave, a couple of more pans (different sizes) and few more kitchen towels could be a wonderful addition to the apartment. Sofa in living room doesn't seem to convert to bed (or at least I couldn't figure it out) as it says in the advert (sofa bed) so had to adjust for the night.
