In the heart of Hérépian, near its church, this district dates back to the 18th century. Within a hundred metres you will find free municipal parking, a gourmet restaurant, two bakeries, one of which has won numerous regional awards, a caterer recommended by the Gault et Millau guide, a well-known brasserie, two florists, two hairdressers, a tobacconist, a chemist, a doctor and a chiropodist. The area is quiet and peaceful and is monitored by cameras. There is a Saturday market in the Place de la Mairie.

The fully air-conditioned flat comprises a large living room (approx. 60m2) with :
an open-plan kitchen with hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

The entrance hall has a laundry area (washing machine, iron and ironing board), dressing room and separate WC.
Hérépian is situated in the Haut Languedoc regional park and offers countless hiking opportunities.
