Then Les Acacias is the ideal place for your vacation! Nestled in the beautiful countryside of the Languedoc, just a stone’s throw from the Orb River, and surrounded by hiking trails offering stunning views.

Upon entering from the street, you’ll find yourself right in the living area—an open space divided into three sections: a comfortable sitting area with three two-person sofas, a dining area, and an open kitchen. The open kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher.

French doors in the living area lead out to the terrace. A cozy spot for your meals together or a BBQ, in the cool shade of the tree.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Between the bedrooms is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. There is an additional toilet downstairs.

OUTSIDE
Through the gate behind the house, you have direct access to an enclosed courtyard with ample parking space under a large canopy. A staircase leads up to the terrace.

GARAGE
Beneath the house, accessible via a staircase, is an old wine cellar that also serves as a garage. It houses a washing machine and offers plenty of space to store your bicycles.

Surroundings
The Orb River flows through the village and offers an idyllic swimming spot just a 5-minute walk from the house. On the Mediterranean coast, you’ll find many charming seaside towns and very spacious, clean sandy beaches. (40 minutes).
