Great View Room was comfy and very clean and tidy

The location was very good and convenient. Walking distance to the breakfast areas.

Check in at 3pm. move checkin back to 12.00 midday

The view

We found an old prawn behind one of the beds on the first night. Most of the curtains are dragging over the floors because they are not hung up properly. No face cloths or tea towels in the unit It was very hard to communicate with the person, this is not directly with the Aurora towers but a second party. I received another person's check in information on the day of arrival, and had a difficult time getting hold of someone to find out what I was meant to do. Even though I was given a cell number to contact in the incorrect email. Pick up and drop off keys are at the 7-11 on the ground level, which we found very weird. I left the property at 5.30am to catch a flight back to New Zealand. Upon arriving in NZ I had an email asking if I had picked the keys back up from the site. I have tried to contact the phone number that I used on check in with no success, answered and hung up on multiple times and not replying to my messages. Would not recommend this property
