Wir hatten etwas Probleme die Unterkunft zu finden, die Mitarbeiterin, mit der wir Kontakt hatten war aber sehr hilfsbereit

Location, comfort, cleanliness, price.
There is no reception, everything is online. If you don't have Internet connection, you have to stay outside. The entrance is complicated. If something happens to you, you can only call a number, there is no one there to help or explain.

La réception : la procédure d’accès à l’établissement par informatique qui n’a pas marché attente pendant 1 h avec 4 autres clients énervés également qui n’avaient pas réussi aussi à télécharger l’application après plusieurs appels pour nous et les autres clients la personne a accepté de nous faire parvenir les codes d’accès par SMS : la procédure d’obligation de télécharger l’application ne doit pas être obligatoire à mon sens et booking devrait le signaler au hôtes : notre soirée à été gâché
