Location is excelent. So nice after a tour just walk back and have a shower and chage :-). The place is really funcional, AC works well, towels are clean, bed is compfy. No view but the oposite side has a grocery and a small caffeshop. No free parking near by.

The app is completely pointless. (you get the code of room, what u use once) They send you the room code but not the codes for the main entrance or the upstairs door. The number is unreachable; when you press “5” for English, the line just disconnects. Luckily, other guests let me in and told me where to look. After that, you can use the key to get around—it’s waiting for you inside your room. It’s like an escape room. They could definitely do this better... Try WhatsApp instead—you’ll get a reply sooner or later.

酒店退房时间太早，早上员工来打扫房间时间太早了，有一次早上8点多就来敲门打扫房间，请问度假的人谁会那么早起床？严重打扰客人休息

La réception : la procédure d’accès à l’établissement par informatique qui n’a pas marché attente pendant 1 h avec 4 autres clients énervés également qui n’avaient pas réussi aussi à télécharger l’application après plusieurs appels pour nous et les autres clients la personne a accepté de nous faire parvenir les codes d’accès par SMS : la procédure d’obligation de télécharger l’application ne doit pas être obligatoire à mon sens et booking devrait le signaler au hôtes : notre soirée à été gâché
