Veldig hard seng og sovesofa. Leiligheten ligger veldig sentralt… det blir derfor mye trafikkstøy. Vanskelig å få sove. Må ha ørepropper.

WIELKIE PODUSZKI - zajmowały 1/3 łóżka i były dodatkowo twarde. Nie dało się na nich spać. 4. Jedna rolka papieru toaletowego na 3 osoby na 3 dni 5. Niewłączone kaloryfery pomimo 9 stopni na zewnątrz 6. Brak zgody na wejście do apartamentu nawet 15 min przed czasem

The house itself was absolutely wonderful. It was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and located in an excellent area, making it easy to explore the city. We were especially impressed by the attention to detail in the décor, which made the space feel both stylish and welcoming. Overall, the house was excellent in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and location.

Unfortunately, our experience with the management company was disappointing and far from professional. Communication was consistently delayed, and we had to reach out ourselves just to receive the check-in instructions. We informed them about a loose bathroom door frame that was coming off and could potentially fall, but we never received any response. We also pointed out that there was ground coffee provided without any coffee maker to prepare it, and for a stay of two nights for two adults and two children, only one coffee capsule was available—which was clearly insufficient. Additionally, the pillows were extremely large and overstuffed, making them uncomfortable for sleeping. While they might work as back support cushions, they were not suitable as sleeping pillows. One day before our departure, we requested a slightly later check-out (by 1–1.5 hours), especially since there was no booking immediately after ours. The company did not respond at all. After sending a reminder the next day, we initially received a brief and rather unfriendly refusal. When we politely asked again if an exception could be made and if we could check out just an hour later, they replied four hours later—by which time we were already on the plane. It is truly a pity that such a beautiful property receives a lower rating due to the unprofessional behavior of the management company.
