Bardzo ładny, schludny i czysty apartament. Oddzielna strefa dzienna i sypialnia (bez drzwi, ale oddzielone). Mała dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, ekspres do kawy, czajnik, herbata. Dobry internet. Dostępny Netflix. Wyposażenie całe na plus, wygodnie. Lokalizacja na plus - tuż przy Starym Rynku, blisko nad Wartę, w samym centrum miasta.
Niestety zimno, nawet bardzo (byliśmy w grudniu), pomimo działających kaloryferów, temperatura poniżej 20 stopni. Nikt nam nie pomógł w tej kwestii mimo zgłaszania problemu. Telewizja - dostępny tylko 1 kanał, Republika! Brak nawet telewizji naziemnej. Klub nocny w tej samej uliczce, więc nocą słyszalny hałas z klubu oraz ludzi będących pod wpływem alkoholu.
