Man merkt, dass alles mit viel Liebe und Auge zum Detail eingerichtet und ausgestattet wurde. Genug Teller, Töpfe, Besteck, Gewürze, Öl, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, mehrere große Flatscreens, ordentliches Internet. Die Lage war auch ideal für nahe Erreichbarkeit aller Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man braucht im Grunde keinen ÖVP. Charmant auch der Zugang zur Wohnung über Außentreppenhaus/Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeit. Gastronomie und Bäcker umgehend erreichbar. Prima geeignet auch mit (Klein)Kind, wie bei uns
Man muss wissen, dass es vorne raus zur großen Hauptstraße geht und Durchlüften bei heißen Temperaturen erst später möglich ist, wenn es ruhige wird. Man kann aber auch einfach die Betten im ruhigen Wohnzimmer nutzen. Hatten Probleme mit der Therme (Warmwasser), das aber durch extrem gute Erreichbarkeit der Gastgeber schnell geklärt wurde. Direkte Parkplätze gibt es nicht, Halten zum Aus- und Einladen aber gut möglich, Parkhäuser dann gut erreichbar.

Sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe auch zum Detail eingerichtet, so wie man es für sich selber einrichten würde.
Leider kann zur Straßenseite kein Fenster geöffnet werden wegen der Lautstärke des Straßenverkehrs etc.

There is no elevator in the building, but since the apartment is located on the first floor, it wasn’t an issue for us.

The apartment was spacious for a group of 5, was clean and comfrtable
The front door is off a shared balcony. Not a big issue but guests just need to be aware. There is no dedicated car parking, but we did manage to park outside overnight. We had no safety issues but there was a bar on the ground floor of the apartment block that had people hanging around outside.
