Tamanho do apartamento e do banheiro, chuveiro excelente, TV grande com canais a cabo, internet rápida, máquina de café e cápsulas disponibilizadas, secador de cabelos potente, persianas tipo black-out, localização e tranquilidade/silêncio da região.
As toalhas de banho disponibilizadas eram iguais às toalhas de rosto (mesmo tamanho) e algumas com manchas amareladas; Lençol áspero (com bolinhas); Limpeza deixou a desejar: louças mal lavadas, respingos e cabelo (ou pelo?) na gaveta dos talheres, mesa grudenta de refeições anteriores, geladeira suja, manchas de pasta de dentes no espelho do banheiro, chão sujo (poeira, papel, snack), sofá com algumas marcas de sujeira, paredes marcadas e sujas (entrada, banheiro e cozinha). O que poderia ter para uma estadia mais confortável: pano ou papel toalha para limpar a mesa após as refeições e bancada da cozinha após lavar a louça, escorredor de louças, mais facas (tinha 13 garfos mas só 1 faca), suporte para shampoo dentro do box, saca-rolhas, tapetinho no banheiro e toalhas de banho de tamanho padrão.
