Apartament jest dobrze wyposażony i czysty. Wejscie jest od dość ruchliwej ulicy, ale nie bardzo uciążliwej. Bardzo blisko jest kościół katolicki, a 15 minut piechota jest dobrze zaopatrzony sklep sieci Conad. Do centrum miasta jest około 20 minut piechotą. Właściciela wprawdzie nie ma na miejscu, ale doskonale i szybko komunikuje się przez WhatsApp i nawet z awarią toalety poradził sobie wyjątkowo szybko. Klucze odbiera się ze skrytki przy drzwiach. Łózka sa bardzo wygodne, a kuchnia doskonale wyposażona, nawet dla wymagającego kucharza. Niestety, piekarnik był odłączony. Ale nie był to duży problem.
