Very new property, big room , big comfrey bed, amazing shower Towels smelled wonderful Balcony Fridge Short walk from the main road , can get every where easily but set in a quiet location Easily to find breakfast and restaurants Highly recommend Staff so helpful arranged dolphin trip

L’hôtel est neuf, décoré avec goût et très beau ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées

La vue de la chambre donnait sur les travaux, il n’y a pas d’emplacement. Nous avons trouvé la chambre un petit peu cher sans petit déjeuner et sans piscine

Bed was comfy and rooms were nicely decorated. Water pressure was great since we were on the ground floor and there was hot water. Staff helped us with organising a Tuktuk when asked. Convenient location.

I initially booked this place because of the 9.5 Exceptional rating but was severely disappointed. No welcome drink available upon check in and no porter was available for another 1.5 hours to take our bags even though we checked in at 2:30pm. After hurrying us to pay, the lady at the reception took us to our room (we booked a double room with a balcony) and only informed us then that the bathroom door was significantly warped and asked if we would be okay with it…couldn’t even close the door…so then she took us to the ground floor room which was available even though we asked for a balcony room There was a hole in the ceiling with exposed wiring where a fan should have been and a fan dial which she did not address till we brought it up. We asked for a pedestal fan to which she said she would bring one. We waited for 1 hour and reminded her to which she asked “do you really need a fan?” ….in this heatwave, really. She never ended up getting us a fan No TV available in the room either and the hotel overlooks a barren, construction dusty site with no pleasant views of any lush greenery, which was not ideal for my asthma. Would not recommend this place in its current state. More care needs to be put into it.
