Quite small and nothing to dry clothes since window is very small. Also not enough towels/garbage bag/paper towel. Also no air conditioning.

Logement propre et renové , bien agencé, lumineux, chauffage. Literie confortable. Proximité Transports en commun tram métro bus

Struttura molto accogliente e giusta per chi vuole soggiornare a Parigi senza spendere troppo, ma avendo anche molti comfort, come il microonde, che abbiamo usato in più occasioni. Inoltre l’host è molto disponibile e gentile, sempre pronto a rispondere alle tue domande. Se spaventa la cauzione di 500 euro prelevata prima, non preoccupatevi, non verrà prelevata prima, verrà prelevata soltanto in caso di inconvenienti o di appartamento lasciato in condizioni pessime. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene, dovrebbero essercene di più di host così.

L’unico difetto dell’appartamento è il fatto che non sia molto insonorizzato, quindi quando passa la metro si sente.

The decor is cute and appealing.

It is on the 4th floor of 4-floor building so it was very hot. AC was listed but not provided. A fan was delivered. One small window. Managers of the property were at first taking responsibility, later ignoring my messages. I slept poorly as a result of the heat and was tired when I was trying to enjoy Paris. Also, I was there for a week. There was no cleaning service provided and no cleaning aids: broom, dust pan, rags etc. Two partial rolls of toilet paper which I of course ran out of 2 days before I left. I also was concerned that there was no smoke detector in the apartment or in the hall. Only one way to get out and that’s down the stairs. That worried me. I liked the neighborhood. Transportation was convenient.
