Parfaitement équipé et propre (et décoré avec gout). Une salle de bain par chambre (x2). Proche de commerces et du centre ville. Situé au rez-de-chaussée. Literie plutôt confortable. Bonne communication avec la conciergerie.
Les matelas manquent peut-être un peu "d'épaisseur".

L'appartement est spacieux et décoré avec goût. Idéalement situé car très proche du cœur de ville. Très propre et literie confortable. L'arrivée est simple grâce au passpass.
Difficile de dire que nous n'avons pas apprécié. Points à améliorer : mettre des poubelles à disposition dans la cuisine et les SDB. Le rideau de douche ne tient pas bien et il est dommage mettre un rideau dans une si belle SDB. L bouilloire a fait disjoncter tout l'appartement. A surveiller.
