Mieszkanie, ładne, świeżo wyremontowane, w pomieszczeniu pachnie jeszcze „nowymi meblami”. Ciepło, bardzo blisko do Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego, super rozwiązanie dla studentów. W mieszkaniu takie dogodnienia, jak kawa, herbatka, podstawowe przyprawy, szklanki, sztućce, talerzyki, itp. Łazienka również dobrze wyposażona. Internet działał bez zarzutów. Ogólnie bardzo czysto i przytulnie, szybki i bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem. Dużym plusem jest bezpłatny parking obok bloku, tylko, że trzeba się trochę postarać ze znalezieniem miejsca. Około 1 km od bloku, znajduje się centrum handlowe, blisko jest również Żabka 24/7. Ogólnie polecam.
Jedyne rzeczy, do których można się przyczepić, to „dla mnie” zbyt twarde poduszki do spania, brak lustra w mieszkaniu, (jest tylko w łazience), mały prysznic - osoba większa może mieć problem 🙈, po za tym, super
