Veoma čist i udoban apartman, sa svom udobnošću kao kod kuće, blizu železničke stanice, tramvaja i metroa. Prijavljivanje dosta jednostavno 😂😂 Super apartman i za svaku preporuku. Vratićemo se ponovo kad god smo u Beču

Location is better than expected: the metro station is just a few minutes' walk, and Vienna has an excellent transport system, so the city center and the main sights are reachable in some 20 minutes, and getting home is always simple. It's clearly a Gastarbeiter neighborhood, a bonus if you speak Serbo-Croatian or Turkish. The main street (at the metro station) has some Balkan vibe (in a positive sense), but the apartment's street is quiet and clean. The apartment itself is far from luxurious, but recently renovated and pleasant overall. The shower experience was good (strong pressure, constant temperature, sizeable shower cabin). The price/quality ratio was excellent when we booked.

Getting the keys was a bit more complicated than usual, the keybox being some 30 meters from the actual building. We got the instructions in German, which was fine with me, but might be an issue for others. Despite the name the apartment is everything but "luxury," it's a decent studio with new, but basic furniture. (See the cheap plastic mirror frame in the bathroom.) Lights are also very simple and the ambience is everything but warm. The bed is 140 cm wide, which is really not a double bed. Could be great for single use, though. The mattress was not too comfortable, and there were not enough power outlets for two phone chargers. Bring your own extension socket. Cleanliness was an issue, too, unfortunately - the dustbins had not been emptied before we arrived, and the small bin in the toilet had some content that, hm, we really should not have experienced. There were also some other minor signs that the cleaning staff was not doing a great job - the soap dispenser was empty, but there was some leftover shower gel probably from a previous guest. The coffee machine had one (1) pod available - for two people for two nights.

Blocked shower base, which caused flooding in the bathroom after every shower, as well as blood stains on the bedding sheet, broken toilet door handle and lack of microwave.
