About this apartment rental

Our apartment is located in the south of Vienna on the 11th District, directly on Simmeringer Hauptstraße.

In its spacious courtyard, the manor house built in 1875 - despite its central location - houses a green oasis of relaxation and recreation.

The ground floor 70m ² apartment has an anteroom, bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen with dining area, bathroom and toilet, and a small terrace.

Due to the inner courtyard of the apartment, all rooms are garden-facing and therefore absolutely quiet.

Directly in front of the apartment door is the spacious garden, which has sufficient seating and lounging opportunities, as well as a children's playground.

Thanks to the excellent location and the close proximity to public transport (underground line U3, station Zippererstraße and tram line 71 - station Molitorgasse), you can reach the landmarks of the city in no time.

We stayed in Vienna for 5 days. Our host, Martin, was very accommodating. The accomodations were spacious and comfortable. The property is located one minute from the tram stop and 5 minutes from the subway. There are bakeries, grocery stores and restaurants all located within a few minutes walk from the property. It was a great place to stay in a fantastic city.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Auch für Kinder gut, da sie vor der Wohnung im Innenhof spielen können und man dabei den Tag in ruhiger Atmosphäre ausklingen lassen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in gut erreichbarer Nähe, S-Bahn vor dem Haus. Zuvorkommender Vermieter. Jederzeit wieder.

Die Lage ist hervorragend: da im Innenhof liegend, absolut ruhig, von der Straße dringt kein Lärm durch. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, trotzdem gemütlich und komplett ausgestattet, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Zur Eigentümerfamilie hatten wir einen angenehmen Kontakt, jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Eine große vorzüglich ausgestattete Wohnung mit günstigen Verkehrsverbindungen in die Innenstadt Wiens. Der Vermieter hat wirklich an alles gedacht. Für Hundebesitzer besonders schön, dass ein Innenhof bzw. - garten auch genutzt werden durfte.
