L'appartement est très simpa ,fonctionnel et bien placé ,il y a pleins de choses à proximité.
L'accès au garage est compliqué, avec une grande berline il ne faut pas avoir peur d'effectuer plusieurs manœuvres pour y accéder.

Bel appartamento, completo di tutto e confortevole. Ben tenuto e pulito sotto l'attenta e gentile supervisione di Marie-Pierre.
Unica piccola riserva: l'aria condizionata, peraltro molto apprezzata in questo periodo di canicola, fa fatica ad arrivare fino alla camera da letto (split posizionato in soggiorno "lontano" dalla camera)

Emplacement et équipements de l'appartement
Bonjour L'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas Très handicapant et pénalisant car j'ai des problèmes de jambes 4 fois sur 5 nous avons été obligés de prendre les escaliers (5 étages depuis le garage) Très éprouvant surtout pour le transfert des valises et des bagages ! Pour info, j'ai contacté l'ascensoriste Le technicien est venu mais n'a rien fait ! Très regrettable et inacceptable !!!! Cordialement

Très bel appartement, très lumineux, bel espace avec une très grande terrasse à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la plage et du centre. Je recommande
Le parking, très étroit pour remonter mon véhicule qui est assez gros et lourd
