Le Central Spacieux avec loggia

Location is nice and the agency was somewhat responsive.

The shower is leaking so if you shower for 3 minutes there is already a lot of water on the floor and my kid fell 2 times on his back. The flat has an AC which is old but the outer part is on the loggia so it gets extremly hot. While you make 1 room colder the other room that has no AC gets warmer. The kitchen had issue with a sink it was clogged so the water leaked everywhere. The agency cleaned it but it kept leaking. The dishes are there for everything you need but pans are SO old and scratched that they are not usable. The bed is ok, sofa was very very loud when someone turns around. There was smoke due to wild fire and the balcony door would not close properly so smoke came in and it was really not a nice experience to breathe it in. The vacuum cleaner did not work, agency brought us anotger one that was weak but ok. I cannot understand good marks, seriously. The apartment should be way cheaper. I have been told we might revmceive some money back but I never heard back from the agency. Seriously apart from location not much I can recommend here.
