Well equipped and comfortable apartment close to shops/restaurants, the beach and the train station

Apart from not having a bread knife (at least we never found one), the property was very well-equipped throughout with a comprehensive range of cooking equipment. The location was excellent - only a 5 minute walk from the beach and harbour and only 3 minutes or so to St. Raphael railway station with good connections to Toulon, Cannes, Antibes, Nice and Monaco. The shower was good.

The property is on the 1st floor so there is one flight of stairs to negotiate - not a problem for us but might be for some people. The toilet is 'sensitive' (with signs alerting you to the fact) - fortunately we managed not to block it!

Lovely place

Central location in walking distance to the beaches. There were local shops and restaurants for anything we wanted. The apartment had a spacious living area and the bedroom and bathroom were nicely decorated.

Paid parking in the area, something to keep in mind.

Rubbish & ignorant rude hosts

Accessibility to Saint Raphael was good

The host & her Assistant! They turned up 3 hours late to let us in and then laughed when I wasn’t happy that our Daughters Chemotherapy drugs had become too warm . We were left waiting in 39 degree heat with our cases outside the door - the parking was several minutes away & cost €39 to park for 36 hrs & a further €19 per day after that. There were no sheets or pillow cases for the sofa bed and we had to use a quilt on the mattress as it was so uncomfortable- the pillows were dirty & we weren’t shown how to use the very complicated microwave - absolutely would not stay here again & would actively discourage others too.

Good apartment but with practical problems.

Apartment well appointed, although small. Excellent location.

No instructions in French or English about how to operate the oven, the hob, the TV. Normally this is always provided. Also, a big problem with the access door because the lock was old and it was possible to lock yourself in the apartment, which is very dangerous. We had to telephone the owner who sent a man to explain about the door, and also to show how the oven, hob and TV operated. But it took him 15 minutes to work all this out ! If there had been proper written instructions provided, these problems would have been avoided.

Great 1 bedroom and living room apartment, with dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine espresso, open space kitchen very well equipped, fridge, freezer,smart TV, air-condition, great location 2min walk to the train station and 7min walk to the beach and the promenade. In the city centre.

Il n'y avait pas de papier toilette à notre arrivée (un samedi soir à 21h)... L'appartement n'était pas propre (miettes sur la table, dans l'évier, toilettes sales, cheveux et miettes au sol) C'est très décevant de voir que nos commentaires concernant la propreté de l'appartement ne sont pas les premiers mais que rien n'est fait pour arranger les choses Le matelas est très mou, avec un creux au milieu Ces aspects négatifs gâchent malheureusement la beauté de l'appartement

Чудесные апартаменты в центре города и в 5 минутах от пляжа, рыбный магазин и несколько супермаркетов под боком. В апартаментах было все необходимое - современная техника, кондиционеры, всевозможная посуда, моющие средства. Очень приветливый персонал , особенно хотели поблагодарить Alex, которая откликалась на любые наши просьбы и помогала решать любые вопросы, которые у нас возникали. Очень рекомендуем это место и сами планируем вернуться в будущем.

Très bien

La literie est moelleuse ce qui surprend au premier abord quand on a l'habitude d'un couchage ferme mais au final c'est très confortable et nous avons vraiment très bien dormi. Par ce temps de canicule la climatisation dans la chambre et la pièce à vivre sont les bienvenus d'autant plus que l'emplacement est bruyant et qu'on ne peut pas ouvrir les fenêtres à cause du bruit. Les équipements sont vraiment de qualité et la décoration manifestement choisie par un ou une architecte d'intérieur est très jolie.

L'appartement était plutôt propre même si il restait certaines traces de ci de là qui auraient mérité davantage d'attention. l'entrée de l'immeuble ne fait pas rêver
