The host responded very quickly to my enquiries and the collection of keys is very efficient.
I don't think it's accurate to say that the property has a beachfront location. Its location is a side street in very close proximity to the marina (approx 100m).

Superb
It was well located for restaurants, beaches and other facilities. Vanina met us at the property even though we were very late and took time to talk us through everything. The kitchen is well appointed and we were very grateful for access to a washing machine!
It was difficult to shower as it was hand held shower head.

Плохая изоляция в доме ,слышно сильно соседей,дверь у соседей сверху в ванной мешала часто спать ночью . Во второй спальне до 2 ч ночи очень шумно .Если вы с детьми ,то может быть не очень комфортно

Appartement spacieux très bien équipé proche du front de mer et des commerces. Hôtes très sympathiques. A 5 mn de la gare TGV. J'ai passé un excellent séjour.

Séjour exceptionnel
Un séjour exceptionnel dans un espace magnifique, encore mieux que ce que nous avons anticipés ! L’emplacement est idéal, dans une jolie zone piétonne avec une belle ambiance en soirée. Il y avait tellement d’équipements et de petites attentions disponibles, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter. L’hôte a été très réactif du moment de la réservation jusqu’après notre départ. Merci encore !
