Seaspray Unit 2, 21 Warne Tce, Kings Beach

Location was excellent, easy walk down to the beach. Be aware that the access from the front yard is very tricky down a little makeshift step that would be impossible for elderly or disabled people. The view was amazing and the place was really built to make the most of it. The place was very clean, well set up, with comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen (crockery etc) and laundry. Was great to have a clothes airer and washing powder available. Much appreciated. Plenty of linen available.

It would have been great to have just a small amount of tea, coffee and sugar provided, as well as more than just one tiny bar of hand soap for the whole house. We stayed a week so we were happy to buy it but if we were staying just a couple of nights it would have been frustrating. Also, you need to pick the keys up and drop them to the office on the main street rather than from a lock box or anything. Not too annoying but just to be aware. The only other small thing was that there was A LOT of decor around, like shells and knick knacks. It looked really nice but we had a toddler and baby so we had to pack it all away and put it out again so it didn't get broken. Again, fine for a week stay but would have been annoying for a night or two.
