+ Location: very near the Kings Beach + Garage: so convenient (hard to find parking spots on street) + Toys and surfing boards for kids
+ Hygiene: the beds are so dirty, especially the matress protectors and pillows (they look never washed), strong odour and stained. + No shampoo, limited garbage bags, dish washing tablets + The linen service was booked well in advance but it was not provided on the first night (it was only provided when we called the office the next morning); my family needed to sleep in dirty matress protectors and very dirty pillows.
