Great location, great views
For the money you might expect at least towels, sheets, tea bags, milk, coffee etc like most places. This was all byo but still very expensive. It is an unapologetically aging unit in a fantastic location with awesome views across the beach and shipping channel. But for a unit with 5 beds you would expect a LOT more than the 50 or 80 litre hot water system that is in place. Teenage daughter has a shower on a cold windy night and no more hot water. Completely inadequate. Would be barely adequate for a single person. I’m a plumber with 35 years experience so this is an informed opinion.
Will be looking elsewhere next time
