Vista Mar Icaraí Ingá

The stay at this apartment exceeded my expectations so much I had to prolong it. The balcony with a view of Rio is obviously the main interest, but I was positively impressed by the common areas of the condo, the quality of the bed and above all the hospitality of the host and employees. The gym is small, but very well maintained. I was able to enjoy also the pool area, even though I was unlucky with the weather for most of my stay. The mini-market was the most useful feature, as this property is a bit isolated from the shopping area of the neighbourhood, and requires a car/taxi to be accessed more comfortably.

I did not like that this property is a bit isolated from the neighbourhood below (Icarai/Inga), as it stays on top of a steep hill, and it requires a car/taxi to be accessed. If you are brave enough, walking is an option (cca. 15 min to the nearest supermarket), but due to safety concerns I would not recommended doing it at night.

Tudo maravilhoso

Conforto, limpeza, decoração, vista. O condominio é novo e fica localizado no alto de um morro com linda vista para a Baia de Guanabara. Facilidade de check-in, a anfitriã foi muito atenciosa e rápida no atendimento.

Como condominio fica num morro, deve-se pegar bondinhos para subir da garagem ao prédio. É uma interessante solução, mas demora o deslocamento ate o carro.
