I picked Goldenrose Agent for the first time because their price was quite affordable. Right after booking, I contacted the agent via WhatsApp. He promptly answered my questions and clarified a few doubts. He even gave me a personal phone call, which immediately removed any concerns about scams. On the check-in day, I called the agent about an hour before arrival to update him on my estimated arrival time. He came down around 3:00 PM, collected the necessary details, and informed me about the RM150 deposit. He also explained the locker system, check-out procedure, and other important information. Parking was conveniently located on Level 2, right in front of the exit door. The unit was on Level 22. As promised, it was fully equipped with all the necessary items. Water pressure was good, the air-conditioning worked well, and the large TV came with fast broadband and no lag issues. Kitchen items were complete, and a nice bonus was the water filter. The bathroom was clean, water pressure was strong, and there were no drainage issues. Towels, shower gel, a table mirror, broom, dustbin, and rubbish bags were all provided. I even disposed of my first bag of rubbish myself. The mattress was acceptable, but the biggest downside was the pillows. I couldn't get a proper night's sleep because both pillows were too soft and uncomfortable for side sleeping. They caused neck pain. I personally called the agent to raise this issue. This is something that seriously needs improvement. Firmer, neck-support pillows would make a big difference. Check-out timing is strictly enforced. By 12:00 PM, guests must place the key in the locker and send a photo to the agent. Even a 10-minute delay may result in a deduction from the deposit. I checked out at 11:45 AM, moved my car from the parking area to the ground floor, parked outside, then returned to place the key in the locker and sent the photo at around 11:50 AM.
