We had a very pleasant 2-night stay at La Marquise – Seaside Serenity in the Flic en Flac area. A special thanks to our lovely host, Veema. She was extremely kind and helpful, and even took us for a ride to Carrefour, which we really appreciated. She is a very nice lady and made our stay feel welcoming. The apartment was very clean and had all the basic things we needed. The property is only a short walk from the beach, around 200 meters via a shortcut, and the sunset views there were absolutely beautiful — some of the best I have ever seen.The complex also has a nice swimming pool right in front of the balcony, although we did not use it. The balcony area has a lovely mountain view, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a good and comfortable stay, and I would recommend it, especially for the location, cleanliness, and the kindness of the host.
The only downside was the shower. It was a detachable hand shower that could be mounted at the top, but the water stream was quite weak and could be improved.
