Villa Jasmine,Berawa Canggu

Loved the presentation of the villa! Rooms were big and decorated beautifully. Loved that we had our own washing machine. Everything you needed was in the villa. The staff were beautiful.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and found the accommodation to be comfortable and well presented. The only downside was that there was construction taking place directly across from our room, and unfortunately we weren’t informed about it before booking. There were workers on site throughout the day and into the evening, and because they overlooked our accommodation, we often felt we needed to keep the curtains closed for privacy. There was also noticeable noise from machinery during the day, which took away from what would have otherwise been a very relaxing stay. We did go out a lot during the day to avoid this. Aside from this, we had a lovely experience. If guests were made aware of the construction before booking, they could make a more informed decision and manage their expectations.

Beautiful villa, everything was clean, modern, large property, kitchen had everything we needed, comfortable bed, 4 good bathrooms, there was a washing machine, the pool was a good size, air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge area which was perfect for the hot days! Wifi had great signal. We were greeted upon arrival from the lovely staff, no complaints about the property! 10/10 recommend

The only thing was the location was not ideal with 2 kids as it was a nightmare trying to walk around the area. But still enjoyed our stay.

The villa management team was outstanding. They organised an airport shuttle, waited to welcome us despite our late-night arrival, and assisted us with carrying our luggage to the room. All staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Erma and Diane—they were exceptional.
