New, spacious and nice and clean. The staff is polite albeit a little short in experience. But that’s not a problem, they learn. :)
In general ok, just that shops are not near walking distance.

Big and spacious, clean and organised. Theres a full kitchen with oven, a washing machine, large dining table and cozy living area. There's a parking lot in front of the villa which makes pick up and drop offs easy as. Staff was very courteous and friendly as well. Showers had hot water which was amazing and no mozzies at all! Big clean pool to swim and in!
Dogs around the area will howl 2x in the morning at 6am and 2x in the evening. First night we experienced this, it was frightening as it sounded like there were 100 dogs 😅 but the neighbours told us it was because the residents were feeding the strays and they're howling out of excitement haha. Was alright after that, just took it as an alarm to get up and do stuff!

Aesthetic villa with private pool. Perfect for lounging with friends. Spacious as well. It's a new Villa. Great service from their staffs. Not far from the Berawa beach but far enough from the busy street.
I can't think any.
