We reached ujjain 6 in the morning and were looking for hotels and stumbled upon JK. 1. Receptionist Mushtaq was not welcoming and offered us double the money for big three bed room which was empty, so we booked on Agoda and his ego got hurt and instead of giving early check-in for room which was empty as we checked and which we booked, he did not wanted to give us the room. So we had to wait 4 hour in the car as amount was already deducted. 2. Room was congested but will do the job. 3. Bathroom had open air crossing so there were lot of mosquitoes. 4. No food service. Only good thing going for the hotel is their location. Had horrible experience coming for the first time only because we booked right in front of him and got better deal onsite.

Booking was done for a spacious deluxe room but a smaller room was offered where it was difficult to walk around. After we fought with them , they offered to change next day. However the room which was given had a lock which was broken. We used to keep the luggage in that unsecured room. Parking is mentioned but actually we were parking on the road. Not advisable to book.

The service and room quality were both extremely disappointing. The bathrooms are very small and have absolutely no ventilation—there is not even a small window or an exhaust fan. The staff were also not cooperative or helpful. We requested a room change due to the issues, but they refused to change the room and were also unwilling to provide a refund. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
