Family-friendly beach cottage with private 86 degree-heated pool and lanai screened-in porch. Open concept living, spacious bedrooms, Master en suite with king bed , and lots of amenities make this the perfect getaway for a short or long term stay! Bikes and beach equipment provided! No Pet Property.
Family-friendly beach cottage with 86 degree-heated private pool and lanai screened-porch. Spacious master en suite with spa shower and king bed. Second bedroom with queen bed and third bedroom with 2 extra long twin beds. All bedrooms have Smart TVs. One full common space bathroom with tub. Open Great Room with fully stocked kitchen and dining area. Special amenities we offer include a gas grill, 2 adult bikes, beach chairs, towels, coolers, umbrella, beach toys, and family games! No Pet Property.
We are not onsite for your visit, but we have an Airbnb co-host, Lyndsay, available to answer any questions, and a local manager, Wendy, that will greet you to get you acquainted with the house and assist you during check-out. We are available to contact 24/7 if any issues arise.
VANDERBILT Beach neighborhood is the perfect location! Sandbank Cottage is 1-mile to Vanderbilt Beach (3 mins driving; 5 mins biking; 18 mins walking), Pelican Bay Community Park (3 mins driving) offers tennis courts, and other sports, playgrounds, pool, plenty of walking/biking trails! Mercato shopping and dining, great local restaurants, cafes, farmer's markets, or upscale dining are within driving/biking distance. Whole Foods and Publix are the nearest grocery stores. We are a 20 minute drive from downtown 5th Avenue or 3rd Street Naples.
Wiggins Park details after Hurricane Ivan: Parking is only available in parking lots 1 and 2, where there are also portable toilets available and stations to pay the entrance fee as the main gatehouse is gone. Bring cash or plan to use the QR code to pay at the park. It's $2 for bikers and walkers, $4 for a motorcycle or a car with only a driver and $6 for a vehicle with more than one person.
We provide local maps and brochures to help guide you around the city. Trolleys, city bus, Uber are public transportation options. We provide 2 adult bikes and beach gear for you to enjoy the local beaches. Bike rentals are available nearby. There are plenty of great paved walking/biking paths nearby that lead to parks, beaches, dining and shopping.
