About this house rental
If you love the beach, fine dining, and shopping but like the privacy and comfort of a single home, then our luxury three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa with a private screened, heated pool is the perfect choice. It is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you might need, including a chef's kitchen, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, towels, and more.
A short walk to the beach, close to stores, restaurants, and the vibrant Mercato shopping and entertainment area, our home accommodates up to 6 people and is great for couples, families, and business travellers.
Nature provides tropical weather and over 300 days of sunshine yearly in Naples. We provide everything else you need for a great vacation.
There are 40 restaurants within one mile from the house, including three directly on the beach (Turtle Club, Baleen, and the Ritz hotel), two movie theatres, several nightclubs with live music, Publix, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's grocery stores, two fitness clubs, a Community Tennis Club, and even a golf course.
Naples downtown, the Pier, Tin City, Naples Zoo, Water Park, Miromar Outlets, and several more state parks such as Lover's Key or the Everglades are a 20-30 min drive away. We provide a season pass to all state parks.
The house was completely updated with new bathrooms, high-end appliances, and modern furniture.
Note: During the peak season, we prefer to rent Saturday to Saturday since most guests prefer this. Please check with us before booking. This is not an issue during the spring-fall season.

Everything was great! Can’t beat the location, house was very clean and very well stocked. IF I had to come up with anything negative to say it would be the couches were very low and not comfortable and the master bedroom was very, very bright in the mornings. There are dark curtains on the patio doors but two other windows have nothing but blinds on them. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic 10-day stay at the house. The location was perfect—only a15-minute walk to the beach. The house was clean and the pool was great. We loved the helpful book with instructions and local recommendations. A big thank you to Paul for the table reservation at his favorite restaurant; it was beautiful! Watching dolphins during our sunset dinner was a highlight. Paul was easy to reach and very attentive. Additionally, the kitchen was well-equipped. We highly recommend this house for a wonderful getaway!

This home was perfect for our family. We have a son who uses a wheelchair and it is difficult to find homes to rent for him. Although this home was not accessible by ADA standards, we were able to make do. The first thing we noticed upon entering the home was how immaculately clean it was. The hallways were nice and wide, which is great for wheelchair users. The home is beautifully decorated with a simple, contemporary vibe. Most importantly, the master bed was divinely comfortable.
This house was also one of the most well equipped homes I have ever rented. It was like having your own vacation home! They had beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and a buggy to cart it all in. For the pool there were noodles. For riding around the neighborhood there were several bicycles. An extra refrigerator in the garage was very nice. In the kitchen, I cannot recall anything that was lacking for meal preparation. There were spices available, starter supplies on almost everything. All I can say is that the owners really do think about what their guests will appreciate and they do it! We would definitely consider staying here again.
I almost forgot to mention that we did encounter a problem during our stay. The hot water heater quit working. Paul, the owner, was quick to respond and he had a contractor over ASAP. They had to install a new one and all was well.
