As soon as you arrive, you'll notice the boat-deep parking in the driveway, allowing you to keep your boat attached without protruding into the street. With multiple boat parking options on the property, you'll have plenty of choices. Our home backs up to a large wash, offering added privacy as you enjoy the covered patio and fire pit. Feel at ease while watching your loved ones have fun in the pool, complete with a custom waterfall, shaded rock cave, swim step for the kids, and a built-in table for adults.
