Welcome to your home away from home in Salt Lake City! This beautifully remodeled mid-century home is perfectly located near the entrance of Parley’s Canyon, making it the ideal launching point for an unforgettable ski getaway or a relaxing stay in the city

You’ll be just minutes from both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, giving you quick access to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton—all less than an hour’s drive. Park City, The Canyons, and Deer Valley are also an easy, scenic drive away. The home is also centrally located near top attractions such as the University of Utah, local hospitals, Temple Square, and Salt Lake’s best museums, parks, and dining.

This inviting home features 3 comfortable bedrooms with queen size beds plus a dedicated office, giving you plenty of space to relax or work during your stay. With 2 full bathrooms and convenient in-home laundry, you have all the comforts and conveniences you need. NOTE: two of the bedrooms and a bathroom are on the main level. The other bedroom , bathroom and laundry/office are located downstairs so you will have to walk down a full flight of stairs.

House Guidelines

I’m excited to host you. These simple guidelines help us take great care of the home, respect the neighbors, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone.
1. Local Guests
If you live locally, please send me a quick message before booking so we can briefly connect prior to confirming your stay.
2. Occupancy
The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 registered guests.
If you’re planning to have additional visitors — even briefly — please check with me first.
For safety and insurance reasons, all overnight guests must be included on the reservation.
3. No Smoking
This is a strictly non-smoking property, inside and outside.
If smoking occurs, a $200 per day cleaning/remediation fee may be applied due to odor removal and deep cleaning requirements.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
I’m happy to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs when the schedule allows. Just send me a quick request in advance.
Unapproved changes that interfere with the cleaning schedule may result in a $50 fee.
5. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with local guidelines.
Thank you for helping keep things peaceful for the neighbors.
6. No Pets
Pets are not permitted at this property.
A $200 per day fee may apply if pets are brought without prior approval.
7. Mail & Deliveries
There is no mailbox available for guest use.
For deliveries, please use an Amazon Locker or similar service.
If you’re staying for an extended period and need mail delivered, just message me and we can coordinate options.
8. Reservation Changes
If your plans change after booking, just reach out as early as possible and I’ll do my best to help where I can.
Adjustments to dates or guest count may affect pricing or availability.
Please note that changes removing reserved nights may still follow standard cancellation terms.

These guidelines are just here to help keep the property in good shape and make sure everyone has a great stay. Nearly all guests are wonderful, and when the home is treated with care, I’m very easygoing and flexible. It is my pleasure to host you.
