The location is 5 minutes to the University campus, University hospital and Huntsman Cancer Center. 10 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City and just 30 minutes to 6 different ski resorts, 20 minutes from the airport. There is a large park across the street and neighborhood market and restaurants within walking distance. The home includes two family rooms an amazing kitchen and large covered patio with gas grill.

Stephanie’s house in Salt Lake City was perfect for our one-week stay. The location was great, and Stephanie was very responsive and answered all of my questions to make sure the rental met our needs. The home was comfortable, clean, and the kitchen worked perfectly for us. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay and would absolutely book this place again. The location is hard to beat—just minutes from the ski slopes, which made getting on and off the mountain quick and easy each day.The host was fantastic to work with: very responsive, clear, and helpful from booking through checkout. Communication was seamless and made the whole experience stress-free.The home itself was wonderful—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully set up with great amenities. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. Everything we needed was provided, and then some.Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay near the slopes.

The kitchen was well stocked. While we did not actually cook much, we brought in food and gathered on the patio for meals. The spaces are large and our adult group was able to sleep well, take showers, spread out and regroup after meetings. The neighborhood is quiet and the grocery nearby is handy. Great stay!
