Sea Breeze Cottage is in the heart of the St Francis Bay, a town made famous in Bruce Brown’s 1960’s surf documentary ‘The Endless Summer’. The house has been used exclusively as a family holiday home for the past 10 years with the result that it is comfortable, bright, and relaxing. It is positioned on the Golf Course, just 800m from the beach and even closer to the heart of the village, making it the perfect base for your coastal escape.
The two-story home has spacious front and back gardens and a covered carport. Step inside from the front garden into a modern, fully equipped kitchen, complete with a small scullery housing a washing machine and an inverter to keep you comfortable during any power outages.
The kitchen flows into a cozy lounge, which opens onto a full-length balcony – one of the most beloved spots in the house. Here, you’ll find a built-in braai, comfortable seating, a large dining table, and a dartboard, making it ideal for gatherings and relaxation.
Downstairs, two bedrooms each feature double beds, with one opening directly onto the lower balcony. These rooms share a bathroom with both a bath and a shower.
Upstairs, a bright and inviting lounge awaits, complete with a 65” TV, a dedicated tea station, microwave, and fridge. A games cupboard adds to the fun, creating a true hub for connection and entertainment. The lounge opens onto the upstairs balcony, which spans the length of the house.
Two additional bedrooms upstairs also open onto this balcony and offer lovely views across the 17th green of the golf course. These rooms share a bathroom.
