One of Hilton Head's Best! 545 Queen's Grant is a spacious townhome perfect for a family vacation or reunion of old friends. Steps away from the condo is a community pool with lounge seating and tables to have a picnic. A 5-15 minute walk or bike ride leads to a whole day of fun activities. It is part of the Palmetto Dunes community where visitors can enjoy the golf course and driving range, general store, tennis and pickleball center, the beach, bike rentals and kayaking. It is also close to Shelter Cove, a hub for shopping, restaurants, and scenic harbor views.
Step inside to find a coastal chic townhome. This spacious layout has two floors for everyone to find their favorite spot in the home. The living room has a large TV and sliding doors that lead to the deck. Test your skills on the grill and dine alfresco. There is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. including a dishwasher. There is a dining table for 6 perfect for game night. There is a first floor primary suite with king bed, ensuite bathroom, and access to the back deck. Upstairs are the two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, SmartTV, and share a jack and Jill bathroom. Amenities include WIFI, Smart TVs, washer/dryer, and community pool.
