* Palmetto Dunes is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $200 non-refundable fee for first dog, with an additional $150 for each extra dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.
* Queens Grant Pools are open from April 1st - October 1st.
* Free access to The Dunes Buggy transportation which provides courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove mid-March through mid-September. This on-demand service dispatches vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis!

This is a beautiful unit. Light and airy with a classy beach theme. Comfortable beds and bedding. Great porch with grill. Well- equipped kitchen with nice knives and decent pots and pans. All new appliances. Pet friendly. Great location. Close to beach and pickleball courts. Had a wonderful stay.

Location is great - central to HHI; excellent for walking, biking, going to restaurants and the beach. Easy access to swimming pool and nearby golf, tennis, pickleball.
Unit needs TLC updates - front door, outdated stove, kitchen dishes, pots & pans need attention. Outdoor Patio floor worn, weeds in flower bed. Fresh paint, new curtains at patio door. Maybe a ceiling fan in the living room to help with cooling.
