About this apartment rental

Perfect Casita in the heart of Goodyear! This Casita sits on the front of our property and is completely private. Gated and fully fenced with your own courtyard, sitting area and fire pit. It is walking and/or biking distance to restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, golf and anything else you need. This location is 2 minutes off I-10 and 25 minutes to the Airport. We access our home through the garage so you will never see us:). Guests also have access to the community pool and tennis courts!
