About this apartment rental
The unit is on the first floor of a quiet, gated community, with a patio facing the heated complex pool and hot tub. We've just installed a new A/C and heating unit, and put in a new refrigerator, microwave and dish washer. The unit comes with all standard appliances, a kitchen stocked with everything you'd need in the way of dishes and utensils, WiFi, flat screen TV and basic cable, attached garage, plenty of storage, keyless entry and remote gate opener. The location is ideal--across the street from the YMCA and blocks from an array of shopping and dining, and adjacent to a golf course. Easy access to I-10. The complex is small and crime free. We are required to do a criminal background check of renters and will do so at our expense.
The unit is a two-bedroom, two-bath 1100 SF condo. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, walk-in closet, an en suite bathroom with a seat in the newly renovated shower, and an extra sink and dressing area.
The minimum rental period is 30 days. No taxes.
Pets not allowed. Smoking anywhere in the unit or patio is strictly prohibited.
Owner lives 3 miles from complex.
Please note that renter will be responsible for the electric bill from May 1 through September 30.

This condo was very spacious - nice size rooms, a walk-in closet, and lots of storage space. The large patio facing the pool was a great place for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you needed. Check-in was a breeze. Yana was a gracious host who responded immediately to our questions. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, quiet place in the Goodyear area.

What a wonderful, welcoming and quiet place to stay. The location was perfect- so close to everything I needed. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable and was stocked with what I ( plus visiting family) would need. But what I really appreciated were the owner's responsiveness to our needs. They were quick and caring. I look forward to coming back to #5. Thank you Yana and Matthew.

We enjoyed this place and the location. Lots of supplies for cooking! We liked the extra space in the master bathroom where there were extra sinks, counter space and storage. Yana was easy to get ahold of and always responded right away when we needed her.
